Occupational Therapy Services Manager Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to lead our team in providing high-quality services to the Midwest region.

As an advanced practice Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and evaluating the delivery of timely and culturally appropriate Occupational Therapy services. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve service goals.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Occupational Therapy, with experience in leading teams and developing strategic plans. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a remote area.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to improve service outcomes
• Provide advanced practice level Occupational Therapy services to clients in the Midwest region
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote best practice in Occupational Therapy
• Conduct needs assessments and identify opportunities for service improvement
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to promote service awareness and engagement

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification
• Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Therapy (e.g. Master of Occupational Therapy) or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership role in Occupational Therapy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote area
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve service goals
