Occupational Therapy Leadership Opportunity

This leadership role focuses on developing and empowering Occupational Therapists to deliver exceptional services.

About the Role
  • As an experienced Occupational Therapist, you will take on a mentoring and coaching role to support colleagues in their professional growth.

You will work closely with the team to implement clinical excellence and champion evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs for the team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve clinical targets.

Requirements:
  • A degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA.
  • At least 3 years' experience practicing as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
  • Experience working in community-based or disability settings, with NDIS experience being highly advantageous.
