As a Property Wealth Planner, you will play a critical role in the strategic growth and development of our organisation. Your key responsibilities include managing client engagement, activation, and retention to drive business revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting client workshops to educate on property investment, identify clients' financial positions, and goals, and develop an investment plan tailored to each investor's unique circumstances and financial objectives.
  • Developing a long-term investment plan with the right financial structures tailored to each client's needs.
  • Building a high-growth investment property portfolio that meets clients' requirements.
  • Managing client relationships and identifying opportunities for future engagement as clients' equity and wealth grow.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in building relationships from a wealth management and financial perspective.
  • Proven expertise in managing complex relationships with high-net-worth clients.
  • Tertiary qualifications in finance, business, or equivalent.
  • Confidence in presenting to small groups.
  • Substantial knowledge of the financial services industry, including legislation and regulatory obligations.
