Job Title:

Key Account Manager for Heavy Mining Equipment

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to manage the performance of heavy mining equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, trade qualifications or strong understanding of mining machinery components, and proven communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to improve total cost of ownership (TCO) for heavy mining equipment customers.
  • Develop and deliver sales proposals to meet customer needs.
  • Lead negotiations for aftermarket products and services with key stakeholders.
  • Manage fleet performance and inventory levels to maximize customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Trade qualification or strong understanding of mining machinery components.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of heavy mining equipment 'total cost of ownership' modelling.
  • Proven communication and relationship development skills.
