Open-Cut Mining Operative

We are seeking an accomplished mining professional to operate heavy machinery in a fast-paced open-cut environment. The successful candidate will possess exceptional technical skills, experience working with heavy equipment and a strong understanding of safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CAT657 and CAT637 Scrapers efficiently and safely
  • Conduct pre-shift and post-shift checks on machinery
  • Monitor and maintain equipment performance
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance knowledge and adherence to company policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years operating heavy machinery
  • Experience working in open-cut mining environments
  • Valid driving license and ability to pass medical and drug screening tests
