The RoleWe are seeking an inspiring and innovative Associate Principal to join our Leadership Team and help shape the future of our school. Working closely with the Principal and Executive Team, you will ideally play a pivotal role in driving our vision, strategic direction, and commitment to excellence.
You will ideally bring:
- A clear vision that aligns with our school's moral purpose and whole school approaches.
- Strong capacity to drive innovation, underpinned by research, evidence-informed practice, including familiarity with the Department of Education's Teach for Impact tool.
- Experience and knowledge leading curriculum design, assessment, and instructional leadership to build teacher expertise and improve student achievement
- Proven ability to lead collaboratively, working alongside staff, students and the wider school community to achieve shared goals with clarity and accountability
- An understanding of system leadership, with the skills to set and track operational goals and develop adaptive strategies that respond to changing needs.
- A capacity to mentor and develop leadership in others, empowering staff at all levels to contribute to school improvement.
- Experience in the case management of complex student cases.
In this role, you will ideally lead teams to deliver consistent, high-quality teaching and learning, ensuring inclusive practices and high expectations for all students and staff. You will ideally foster student engagement, strengthen vocational pathways, and enhance staff capability to ensure every student is future ready.

EligibilityTo work with us, you must:
