The Technology and Information Management team at Comcare is seeking a highly skilled and flexible Information Officer to assist with the digitisation of physical records, mail service, and updating records electronically.

This role requires a strong ability to provide high-level customer service to stakeholders and work effectively in a team environment.

Eligibility and Conditions of Employment

To be eligible for this role, you must have a character clearance (police records check), health clearance, and be able to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance.

A six-month probationary period applies to new engagements.

Specific Conditions

This role must be based in Canberra due to the requirement to be directly involved in the digitisation of paper files and coordinating mail and courier services.
