Work Readiness Project Manager

Victoria's electricity distribution network is seeking a leader to drive work readiness and ensure safe, effective field execution.
The ideal candidate will lead a team of planners to prepare and coordinate work packages, overseeing job scoping, outage management, and materials ordering.
- Demonstrate expertise in electrical networks, project coordination, or related fields.
- Show experience in work planning and order management within the electricity supply industry.
- Exhibit a sound understanding of construction, maintenance, scheduling, and network operations.
Key skills include leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management. A strong understanding of SAP, Microsoft Office, GIS tools, and other work management systems is essential.
