Financial Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day settlements, ensuring timely and accurate completion. You will work closely with the team to resolve issues and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee settlements for OTC, derivatives, and structured products.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex settlement issues.
  • Support and mentor settlement analysts to lift capability.
  • Reconcile trades, investigate breaks, and resolve discrepancies quickly.
  • Work with counterparties and internal teams to resolve issues.

This role requires solid knowledge of settlement processes, reconciliations, and risk controls. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in settlements or a related field.

Occasionally, you may need to flex your hours to help cover leave or busy periods — being a team player is key.
