As a Frontend Engineering Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our front-end architecture and driving innovation. Your technical expertise will be instrumental in guiding junior and senior developers towards best practices and code reviews.

About the Role:
  • You will set front-end architectural standards, evaluate new technologies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align UI/UX goals with business objectives.
  • Refactor existing components to enhance brand customizability and implement modular CSS patterns.
  • Conduct accessibility reviews and implement fixes based on WCAG 2.1 standards.

You will participate in solution design, development, and testing activities, building solutions and presenting them to stakeholders. Additionally, you will maintain personal and professional development to meet changing demands of the role, including regulatory and legislative training.

Key Responsibilities:
