  • Develop and execute a roadmap of accessibility features and foundational continuous accessibility tools in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Promote engineering quality, team happiness, and sustainable delivery practices across the organization.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to shape the vision for accessible design and implement scalable solutions that benefit multiple teams.
