Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Property Project Manager to lead our property projects across the country. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our business and develop your career in project management.

The successful candidate will oversee multiple projects from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance with standards and legislation. They will drive stakeholder engagement by building strong relationships with internal and external parties.

This role offers a challenging and rewarding experience for a motivated professional who can implement governance and risk management frameworks, manage planning and authority approvals, and apply project management methodologies and industry best practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement effective governance and risk management strategies.
  • Manage planning and approval processes with local government authorities.
  • Apply project management principles and best practices.
  • Engage and manage consultants and contractors.
  • Maintain quality control and implement cost-effective construction methods.
  • Ensure compliance with state and local laws and regulations.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will contribute to continuous improvement through post-occupancy evaluations, ensure robust team formation and alignment, and support new clinic openings.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications or certifications in Project Management, Business Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in property development and/or fit-out projects.
  • A solid understanding of legislative, regulatory, and planning frameworks relevant to property and construction.
  • Proven proficiency in project management methodologies and ability to apply best practice principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks/issues and implement effective solutions.
