We are seeking an experienced property professional to lead our boutique practice with a strong focus on growth and development.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams, delivering complex commercial and residential transactions, and developing strategic partnerships.

About You:

  • 6+ years PAE with strong transactional / commercial leasing, property development and commercial transactions experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Banking and Finance experience is highly regarded but not essential.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A deep understanding of property law and regulations.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
