Driven professionals with a background in investigations, claims or legal services are invited to join our National Management team as the new State Manager of Investigations.

The Role

This leadership opportunity provides oversight of our Investigation Division across Queensland and Northern Territory, offering the chance to expand our operations including Factual, Surveillance & Desktop services.

  • Ensuring high-quality investigation services
  • Demonstrating teamwork and business efficiency
  • Providing timely communication with clients
  • Growing client base through targeted activities
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Preparing management reports and external reports
  • Supporting staff to succeed in investigative roles
  • Assisting with recruitment, marketing and business development activities

Requirements include:

  • Operational experience working with senior stakeholders and customers
  • A customer service ethos internally and externally
  • Background and experience in insurance claims management, investigations, legal and/or professional services
  • An existing network in personal injury insurance industry (highly desirable)
