We are seeking an exceptional Transformation Leader to drive our Responsibility and Gaming initiatives forward. As part of Endeavour Group, we are united behind a common purpose of 'Creating a more sociable future together.'

This senior manager level role will be part of the highly visible strategy implementation effort for the ALH / Hotels business and offers a unique chance to lead, drive and deliver innovative programs of work.

In this transformative role, you will play a critical part in supporting our Responsibility initiatives, driving financial crime & gaming transformation efforts that form part of the ALH strategy.

About the Opportunity
  • Drive transformation & strategic initiatives in a highly visible senior role, with flexible location options in Sydney or Melbourne.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute targeted transformation outcomes.
  • Leverage your regulatory, financial crime and gaming transformation experience to inject thought leadership on strategic initiative objectives, approach and delivery.
Your Background
  • A minimum 5-7 years of senior transformation experience gained in a large matrix corporate environment, strategy consultancy, private equity or similar relevant field.
  • Demonstrated experience operating in large transformation programs.
  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven ability to deliver real impact for venue teams and guests, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
