About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Tech Leader to join our team in Sydney and drive the development of our innovative games.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement
  • Develop and execute technical strategies to deliver world-class games, leveraging cloud-based computing, containerization, and modern software engineering practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of diverse platforms and technologies
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in engineering leadership, including roles as Engineering Manager or similar leadership positions
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, driving technical innovation, and delivering business results
  • Extensive knowledge of cloud-based computing, containerization, and modern software engineering practices
  • Deep understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including continuous integration and delivery, separation of concerns, source control, testing, and system design/architecture
  • Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills, with a strong emphasis on empathy and willingness to support, guide, and mentor team members
