IT Shared Services at The Star Entertainment Group is seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Leader to join their team. As a key member of the IT Shared Services department, this role will be pivotal in driving impactful outcomes and shaping future solutions within the organisation.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled product owner to leverage their analytical skills to determine the best practice approach to deliver the product roadmap.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Develop and maintain business-facing products, utilising user research, user-centred design and customer-centric design.
  • - Conceptualise new online/interactive products and services, working closely with stakeholders to provide data-based solutions.
  • - Prioritise stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
  • - Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories as well as vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project / continuous development cycle.
  • - Work closely with architecture teams to ensure business priorities and goals align with architectural solutions and roadmaps.

About You

We are looking for a motivated individual who can manage multiple concurrent priorities and has experience working in regulated environments.

  • Requirements:
  • - 2+ years of experience in a Product Owner role or similar (e.g., Project Manager / BA) in an environment with strong systems regulation requirements.
  • - Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with attention to detail.
  • - Ability to prioritise and make effective decisions.
  • - Bachelor's degree (Business/E-Commerce/Information Systems) or equivalent experience.
  • - Certifications: SQL experience, SDLC Knowledge, ITIL Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a regulated environment and possess excellent communication and analytical skills.
