Job Summary

A key role in a production environment, ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient and high-quality output. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team to achieve set production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

About This Role

This position is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in manufacturing environments. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Problem-solving abilities and technical knowledge are also highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily production activities to meet set targets.
  • Ensure effective communication and feedback within the team.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to maintain equipment efficiency.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and report any issues promptly.
  • Test and operate machinery as required.
  • Monitor and record activity logs and quality inspections.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical education background preferred.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent physical endurance and strength.
  • Capability to operate a forklift – not essential.
