Job Title: Centre Manager

At JLL, we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our dynamic team as a Centre Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of one of Adelaide's iconic CBD shopping centres in Rundle Place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to the centre staff, ensuring the proper management of the centre and delivering the centre's Business Plan objectives.
  • Operate the centre according to good retail property principles, looking to increase sales and foot-traffic to ultimately increase the return on investment to the owner.
  • Provide superior client service, ensuring all staff reports provide the same service standards.
  • Strategically consider the tenancy mix of the asset and attract retailers accordingly.
  • Drive further redevelopment programs to further expand the tenancy mix and asset returns.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills to enable interaction with Owners, retailers, staff members and co-workers.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills both in developing relationships and resolving disputes or problems as they arise.
  • Previous experience in a CBD or sub-regional asset will be looked upon favourably as will a proven ability to lead a team.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to effectively engage and influence a diverse stakeholder base.
  • Commercially astute, identifying opportunities which will drive income and overall centre performance.
  • A minimum Certificate of Registration as Real Estate and Business Sales Representative valid within the state of South Australia.
