We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Account Manager to join our team at SoftwareONE Deutschland GmbH. As an Enterprise Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our strategic customers to ensure the ultimate customer experience and maximum value throughout their lifetime.
The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years' relevant experience in Microsoft licensing/solution experience or SAP experience, as well as advanced skills in Building Relationships, Customer Centricity, Customer & Market Orientation, and Negotiation Skills. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to commute to one of our offices and visit clients in various locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Take ownership of the customer experience.
- Understand customer needs and business objectives and offer the right solutions to customers.
- Drive proactive new sales, renewals, and overall opportunity management.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Full-time work rights in Australia.
- Ability to commute to one of our offices and visit clients in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.
- 7-10 years' relevant experience.
- Microsoft licensing/solution experience or SAP experience.
- Advanced skills in Building Relationships, Customer Centricity, Customer & Market Orientation, and Negotiation Skills.
