**Index Investment Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our index investment efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through innovative solutions and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic growth plans for clients to increase market penetration and adoption of FTSE Russell indexes.
  • Partner with clients to launch new funds, ETFs, and derivatives, and support them in assembling assets from institutional and retail investors.
  • Work closely with Product Management and Marketing teams to ensure market intelligence, competitor analysis, and market trends/conditions are brought together and analyzed to drive revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with the IIG team and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective business strategies.
  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination across teams to achieve business objectives.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in sales or relationship management, with experience or knowledge of the investment community. You should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as a can-do attitude.
