Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are currently seeking dedicated support staff to join our team delivering aged care and disability services under a Consumer Directed Care model.

  • Key Responsibilities include providing timely and effective support with meal preparation, general housekeeping, cleaning, and laundry duties.
  • Collaborate with consumers, families, and health professionals to achieve quality outcomes.
  • Deliver services that respect consumer choice and independence, in line with the Consumer Directed Care model.
  • Maintain safe, hygienic, and supportive home environments for people who are aged, frail, or living with a disability.
