Home Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a Home Care Support Specialist to join our team. As a Home Care Support Specialist, you will provide care and support to clients in their homes, enabling them to live independently for as long as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living tasks such as cleaning, tidying, and washing;
  • Transport clients to appointments and shopping;
  • Prepare meals and assist with personal care if qualified or fully trained;

Requirements:

  • A Certificate 3 or 4 in Individual Support (highly regarded but not essential);
  • An Australian driver's license and access to a registered motor vehicle;
  • Good communication skills and comfort interacting with diverse people;
  • Reliable and a team player with an understanding of workplace health and safety.
