We are currently seeking a Full-time highly skilled internal recruitment consultant in the Childcare sector.

In this role you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely sourcing and hiring processing for our educators as well as generalised HR admin duties.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining personnel files and related human resource databases.
- Managing Human Resources documentation and relevant information systems.
- Analyzing and interpreting legal regulations, industry awards, collective agreements, employment contracts, payroll systems, and protocols for resolving disputes.
- Receiving and documenting job vacancy details from employers, including job descriptions, compensation packages, and employment terms.
- Offering guidance on available job openings within the organization to both employers and job seekers.
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires and furnishing information regarding employment terms, salaries, and advancement opportunities.
- Providing counsel and information to management concerning workplace policies, staff performance, and disciplinary procedures.
