We are seeking a talented Retail Banking Consultant to join our team at Westfield Parramatta. As a key member of our retail banking team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing seamless banking services.

About the Role:

  • Provide customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting their end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions.
  • Act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience, contributing to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy.
  • Participate in and support bank programs and initiatives, taking responsibility for 'knowing your customer' from a risk perspective and ensuring compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.

About You:

  • You will possess exceptional customer focus, ideally with retail experience, and be able to multi-task and adapt to change and ambiguity.
  • Experience in using technology and promoting its benefits is advantageous, as is a willingness to work in a collaborative team environment and have sound understanding of compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
