Regulatory Compliance Specialist Role

This challenging position involves managing a portfolio of Australian regulatory compliance content for the financial services sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, positioning and delivering high-quality content to customers across banking, insurance, superannuation and other sectors.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Developing content strategies and managing the lifecycle of assigned regulatory modules.
  • Staying up-to-date with legislative reform, case law, compliance trends and sector developments.
  • Gathering customer insights to inform content that is practical, relevant and tailored to different industries.
  • Cultivating relationships with external contributors such as specialist lawyers, consultants, regulators and professional bodies.
  • Partnering with internal teams to define product value propositions, support go-to-market plans, deliver training and contribute to client presentations.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A university law degree or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years post-qualification experience in financial services, banking, insurance or legal/corporate compliance.
  • Demonstrated legal drafting and editing skills.
  • A strong understanding of how compliance content is used across legal and non-legal industries.
