Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Sales Executives to identify opportunities for growth from current and lapsed client lists
- Accurately set up accounts and process advertising bookings
- Provide timely and accurate responses to client and viewer enquiries
- Deliver regular reports to clients and the team on the delivery of campaigns
- Conduct research and analysis to inform sales strategies
- Perform administrative project work to support the sales team
- Previous administration experience is highly desirable
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues and complaints
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full and valid driver's license
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
