Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer hardship cases and develop effective strategies to resolve their financial issues.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on managing their payments and monitoring their agreements.
  • Liaise with customers regularly to monitor their progress and adjust their plans as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and regulations related to personal insolvency and hardship management.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in collections or hardship management within the banking and financial services industry.
  • Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and provide quality outcomes.
  • Can-do attitude and a positive outlook.
