In 2013, we acquired refrigeration and air conditioning businesses Actrol and Metalflex. Across all levels of our network, our staff aim to provide friendly and expert customer service to ensure they are the best in the business.

The Role:

We partner with Murray Mallee Training Company Ltd to offer Year 10 students School–based Traineeships where you will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations. This traineeship involves working in a Reece branch as well as completing certificate requirements, such as workbooks and on-the-job training and assessments.

This position is based at Plumbing North Wollongong. Key responsibilities include embracing our values, policies, and procedures; providing customer service; processing sales; stock management; answering phone calls to take messages and orders; communicating with customers and staff; building product knowledge; providing follow-up to customers; and contributing to maintaining the branch at a high standard.

About You: If you have good written and verbal communication skills, the ability to follow instructions, enthusiasm and a great attitude, willingness to give new things a go, teamwork skills, and a willingness to maintain a neat and tidy workplace, we would like to hear from you.

Students will be required to work the equivalent of one and a half days per week. Must have Saturday Availability. Additional hours during school holidays are available and recommended to assist in your progress.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.
