Job Title: Management Accountant

The role of a Management Accountant is to provide financial analysis and support to the organization. This includes preparing and analyzing financial data, as well as driving process improvement and standardization.

  • Prepare monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and executive commentary.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of financial dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes across directorates and cost centers.
  • Perform month-end processing tasks, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes and reporting accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in management accounting, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Strong understanding of month-end processes, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong capability in data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and/or planning tools is desirable.
