Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Lead Clinician to oversee the daily operations of our Not-For-Profit Aboriginal Medical Service in Toowoomba.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of administrative and clinical staff, ensuring efficient patient flow and clinic workflows, and maintaining compliance with clinical and operational standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, support, and develop administrative and clinical staff
- Ensure smooth and efficient patient flow and clinic workflows
- Maintain compliance with clinical and operational standards and policies
- Foster positive relationships with patients, families, and community stakeholders
- Provide nursing leadership and clinical support where required
- Contribute to quality improvement and accreditation activities
Requirements:
Current AHPRA registration, minimum 3 years' experience in Practice or Clinic Management, and proficiency in practice management software and Microsoft Office.
