Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Grader Operator to join our Surface Mining team at a residential mine based in Kalgoorlie or Kambalda.

This is a residential role working on a 4 days on, 4 nights on, 6 days off roster. A daily bus service is provided to and from site.

Responsibilities
  • Cut and fill to levels, maintain clean road surfaces and form drainage to prevent ponding
  • Collaborate with the mining team to achieve production goals efficiently
  • Support maintenance targets by operating equipment carefully, conducting scheduled inspections, servicing, troubleshooting and coordinating timely repairs
Requirements
  • Previous experience operating a grader (16H) in surface mining operations with a strong safety record
  • Consistent and reliable in performing repetitive tasks to a high standard
  • Hold a current HR Driver's license
