Senior Gold Production Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Gold Production Manager to join our team.

As a Senior Gold Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire gold production process from mine planning to extraction.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement effective mine plans to ensure maximum gold recovery and minimize dilution.

    2. Supervise the stope design process and subsequent drill and blast operations to optimize production.

    3. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

    4. Lead and mentor a team of mining engineers and technicians to achieve operational excellence.

    5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve processes.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Mining Engineering or related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in senior production management role in gold mining industry.

  • Proven track record of improving production efficiency and reducing costs.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mining software such as Deswik and Ventsim.
