Surface Mining Grader Operator Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Surface Mining Grader Operator at our St Ives Gold Mine. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering quality and timely grading services to support safe haulage of ore and waste rock.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have the ability to cut and fill to levels, maintain clean and smooth road surfaces and form drainage to prevent ponding. They will also collaborate with the mining team to achieve production goals efficiently and support budgeted maintenance targets by operating equipment carefully.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience operating a grader in surface mining operations with a strong safety record;
  • Consistent and reliable performance of repetitive tasks to a high standard;
  • A current HR Driver's license.
