Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned litigation professional to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dispute resolution services and contributing to thought leadership, business development, and mentoring junior colleagues.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of high-stakes commercial disputes in superior courts, including shareholder conflicts, corporate fraud, and regulatory matters.

You will also have the chance to work on tax controversy, including disputes with tax authorities, administrative reviews, and litigation in the Federal Court.

About the Role
  • Lead medium-large scale commercial and tax disputes, advising a diverse client base including corporates, high-net-worth individuals, and international clients.
  • Take ownership of high-stakes commercial disputes in superior courts, including shareholder conflicts, corporate fraud, and regulatory disputes.
  • Be involved in tax controversy, including disputes with the ATO, administrative reviews before the ART, and litigation in the Federal Court.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years PQE experience in litigation law.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality dispute resolution services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
