Senior Litigation Solicitor - Institutional Liability and Professional Misconduct

As a Senior Litigation Solicitor, you will play a key role in leading defence litigation matters across institutional liability, professional misconduct and disciplinary proceedings.

  • Conduct thorough legal research and provide strategic advice on complex regulatory matters.
  • Assist with case preparation, briefs and trial documentation, working closely with senior lawyers and barristers.

Key Requirements:

  • 3–5 years PQE in litigation focusing on institutional liability, professional misconduct or administrative/disciplinary proceedings.
  • Criminal law experience is welcome but not essential.
  • Excellent drafting, advocacy and client-management skills are essential for success in this role.
