Position Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Associate Solicitor to join our team in Litigation at a prominent national law firm.

  • Draft submissions, evidence and regulatory responses under partner guidance.
  • Conduct thorough legal analysis with strategic consideration.
  • Represent the firm in court, mediations and client meetings.
  • Support the development of briefings and coordinate cross-border matters.

About the Role

This is an exceptional chance to work with a top-tier Dispute Resolution group advising corporate clients in high-stakes class actions, tax/competition/M&A disputes.

You will be required to:

  • Draft high-quality submissions, evidence and regulatory responses.
  • Conduct in-depth legal analysis under senior partner guidance.
  • Represent the firm in court proceedings and client meetings.
  • Support the development of briefings and manage cross-border matters.

About You

We are seeking a talented Lawyer with 3–5 years PQE in complex litigation and dispute resolution. Key qualifications include:

  • Excellent litigation drafting and analysis skills.
  • A proven ability to manage own matters with independence.
  • Professional and confident communication with clients.
