Senior Litigation Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Litigation Lawyer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Litigation Lawyer, you will play a critical role in advising clients on complex litigation matters and working closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high-profile national matters, providing legal advice to institutional and corporate clients, and collaborating with colleagues to develop strategic solutions.
  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Managing the full life cycle of matter-related activities, including security reviews, settlement negotiations, Court appearances, and enforcement action.
    • Providing alternative dispute resolution alternatives.
    • Legal advice regarding litigation matters.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A minimum of 2-6 years of experience in a reputable litigation-based practice.
  • Solid experience in commercial litigation.
  • Strong legal analysis and exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Solid analytical and advice drafting skills, commitment to building strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of a practice.
  • Strong commitment to client services and advanced research skills.
