A key role within our Operations Assurance team, the Operations Officer is responsible for managing arrangements with third party administrators and brand partners.

The successful candidate will work across various functions to proactively support the relationship and performance of external service providers. They will hold a supporting role in identifying, reporting and monitoring trends, risks, issues and opportunities across internal and external stakeholders.

Key duties include compiling and reviewing monthly reports, quality assurance call monitoring, developing and maintaining process documentation, providing administration support for insurance portfolios, managing enquiries from stakeholders and supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives.

We require candidates with several years' experience in life insurance administration, quality assurance or similar. They must possess strong problem solving and critical thinking skills, effective communication, negotiation and influencing skills, as well as proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
