Procare's Factual Investigations Division is seeking a
**General Insurance Portfolio Coordinator** whose key tasks will include initial triage, liaison with clients, allocation & management of GI field staff and quality control of the portfolio. The role will also include responsibility for compliance with relevant Codes, and could expand into investigator training & education and client management.

We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to work as part of a highly experienced, knowledgeable and collaborative team. We offer a thorough induction to the business and ongoing support from our dedicated management team.

**This is a full-time position based in our Head Office in Alexandria.**

Your expertise and communication skills will be what you are known for You'll be curious and will continuously seek out ways to improve customer's experiences and outcomes.

More about you:

- 2+ yrs experience working in insurance in either claims or investigations;
- Up to date knowledge of the relevant industry legislation;
- Demonstrated experience working with key stakeholders in maintaining quality relationships and identifying areas of business development;
- Current Police Clearance (or a willingness to obtain if successful);
- Sound communication skills both written and verbal;
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking & problem solving;
- Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude & positive approach; and
- Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
