Insurance Portfolio Manager

A high-calibre professional is sought to lead the growth of our Workers Compensation portfolio.
This role involves overseeing the WC insurance portfolio, ensuring effective management of referrals, personnel and client relationships as well as developing and implementing strategies to enhance portfolio performance.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting initial triage and allocation of matters
- Managing skilled workers compensation investigators
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve portfolio results
- Assisting with statistical reporting and file auditing
- Ensuring quality outcomes and compliance with relevant regulations
Requirements include:
- Demonstrated experience working in insurance factual investigations and a solid current knowledge of the Workers Compensation insurance industry (mandatory)
- Client relationship expertise
- Strong customer service ethic through managing internal and external stakeholders
- Drive for divisional growth including an ability to prepare internal management reports and external reports in line with SLAs and client requirements
