Support Workers: Make a Difference in People's Lives

As a Disability Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. This is a permanent part-time position that offers the chance to work in various settings and provide support and care to individuals with disability and mental illness.
This role involves community access and recreational activities, personal care, behavioural and mental health support, light domestic duties, manual handling and wheelchair/hoist use, and transportation and social engagement.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5 years' experience in mental health disability support work
- Compassion and empathy for individuals with disability and mental illness
- A relevant qualification (e.g., Certificate III or IV in Disability)
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
