Overview

Join National 360's Gold Coast team as a Senior Occupational Therapist, where your clinical expertise and dedication will support clients' goals. You'll also play a key role in mentoring therapists and university students, while contributing to a positive and supportive team culture.


Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload tailored to your interests, including mental health, paediatrics, aged care, assistive technology, home modifications, or a diverse generalist mix, through community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions.
  • Enjoy flexibility in setting your appointments, with options to work from home and join the team in the Gold Coast office.
  • Receive regular supervision, professional development, and career progression support with a strong focus on work-life balance.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and physiotherapists dedicated to making a real community impact.
  • Use your skills to motivate and empower clients; NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Play an active role in senior team meetings and initiatives that encourage growth and team development.
  • Provide clinical supervision to occupational therapists and university students, sharing your expertise and nurturing new talent.
  • Participate in team social events, lunches, and celebrations to build connections and foster a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications
  • You hold a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • You have current AHPRA registration (or pending).
  • You have full Australian working rights (or pending).
  • You have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in community, private, or acute settings.
  • You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's licence.
  • You have or are willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children Check.
