Occupational Health Nurse Specialist
">- Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to conduct comprehensive pre-employment and workplace health assessments.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough pre-employment/health assessments, including functional capacity evaluations, drug and alcohol testing, and health surveillance checks.
- Perform audiometry, spirometry, and ECGs as part of workplace medicals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date health records, working collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver a streamlined health assessment service.
- Provide exceptional client-centric approach to health assessments and support the development of best practice in occupational health.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations, promoting a safe work environment.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registration.
- Experience in occupational health, workplace assessments, or a clinical background in a similar setting (desirable).
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work autonomously, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent administration and case management skills, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
