Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced individual to oversee the coordination of deliveries across domestic and international scales.

  • Book freight and prepare export/import documentation as required by regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor deliveries and update clients regarding any delays or issues that may arise during transportation.
  • Liaise with clients, carriers, and freight brokers to establish strong relationships built on trust and reliability.
  • Upload manifests for deliveries and cross-check against export documentation to ensure accuracy.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role within logistics or supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, is necessary for data analysis and reporting.
  • SAP knowledge is highly valued due to its widespread use in the industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills are crucial for maintaining positive relationships with clients.
