Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Supply Chain Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services throughout our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate supply between farms and customers, working closely with internal stakeholders such as sales, marketing, warehousing, logistics, and supply chain teams.
  • Support business growth by achieving service and supply targets through coordinated replenishment for selected sites in our supply chain.
  • Assist in meeting requirements for new product launches, promotions, product changes, and range changes to ensure supply is consumed and customer outcomes are optimized.
  • Manage orders for key customers in collaboration with warehouse and transport teams to ensure optimized customer outcomes.
  • Work with transport partners to ensure efficient movement of goods through the supply chain.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Supply Chain or Production Planning role, preferably within FMCG or retail.
  • Relevant degree qualification.
  • Strong numeric, written, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proactive approach to work with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Excel, ERP, and planning systems.
