Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure claim work items are completed by the team within agreed SLAs and communicate any potential SLA risks ahead of time for corrective action to take place.
  • Support, coach, and mentor the Insurance Claims team.
  • Maintain the highest level of quality for your team's claim work items and collaborate with the team to address any identified quality gaps.
  • Report and assist with incident remediation when needed.
  • Provide support in complaint management activities with internal and external stakeholders related to Insurance Claims and RG271.
  • Support the Head of Administration in delegated tasks.
  • Provide input and feedback into business enhancements.
  • Support client enquiries.
  • Manage business incident remediation.
  • Review and put forward business rules and procedure updates for the team in consultation with clients.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Insurance Claims.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience.
  • Experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Great problem-solving abilities and the ability to engage multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to adapt to change.
