Key Position: Junior Parts Sales Consultant

We are currently looking for a skilled individual to join our parts sales team as a Junior Parts Sales Consultant. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in the truck retail industry and work with a well-established company that offers training and career advancement opportunities.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers and developing skills in chosen trades. You will shadow and assist parts colleagues to gain knowledge and understanding of parts inventory and sales processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in parts interpreting, sales, warehousing, and delivery duties to meet customer needs.
  • Providing exceptional and professional customer service and selling parts to customers by identifying their make, model, and variation of the vehicle.
  • Developing an in-depth understanding of parts inventory to encourage customers to make more purchases.
  • Processing payments and preparing invoices efficiently.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong interest in a parts career in the truck retail industry, be eager to learn, customer-focused, sales driven, excellent communicator, team player, problem-solver, good organisational and computer skills. A manual licence and Forklift licence (desirable) will also be beneficial.
