Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Rockhampton, QLD. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and investing in properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property showings, managing client relationships, providing market insights, and facilitating negotiations. The role requires a proactive approach to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications- Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of local real estate market and property trends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Time Management and Organizational skills
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant real estate certifications or licenses
- Previous experience in real estate or sales is advantageous
