Revenue Officer/Accounts Receivable Professional

We are seeking a Revenue Officer/Accounts Receivable Professional to join our team at the Perigon Group.
Company OverviewThe Perigon Group is a well-established service business with a friendly and dynamic team. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to work on revenue administration and accounts receivable, providing high-level customer service to both internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of queries and issues.
- Process revenue administration accurately and efficiently, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
- Input, retrieve, and provide reports and data from our organisation's system, ensuring seamless information flow.
- Enter and confirm adjustments to charges, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- Process and reconcile electronic funds transfers of payments, minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency.
- Process dishonoured cheques, following established procedures and protocols.
- Follow up and recover outstanding payments, ensuring debts are minimized and relationships are maintained.
- Maintain and update registers, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Review remittance correspondence, ensuring payments are consistent and accurate.
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing, faxing, photocopying, and binding documents, as required.
- Assist with ad-hoc duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of dealing with customers and debtors, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to show initiative and take ownership of tasks.
This role offers a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, and a supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
